To ensure clarity about whether decisions are to be taken within the Trust or the Council and at what level the decision can be made a ‘Decision Tracker’ will be agreed and held the Social Care Programme Board for decisions in regard to each of the service developments mandated by the Agreement. The Decision Tracker will be developed and agreed for inclusion with the refreshed version of this Agreement which it is expected will be produced in July 2016.
