Governing Board Review. The Governing Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II provided the Governing Board or its representative(s) notifies the parties of the intention to review within fifteen (15) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the Governing Board reviews a grievance under this section, the Governing Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.

Governing Board Review. Nothing herein shall preclude the Board from examining information that it is entitled by law to review in connection with the evaluation of and/or decision to retain in employment, probationary or temporary certificated employees.

  • COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE (1) Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Agreement, the Board shall appoint a Compliance Committee of at least three (3) directors, of which no more than one (1) shall be an employee or controlling shareholder of the Bank or any of its affiliates (as the term “affiliate” is defined in 12 U.S.C. § 371c(b)(1)), or a family member of any such person. Upon appointment, the names of the members of the Compliance Committee and, in the event of a change of the membership, the name of any new member shall be submitted in writing to the Assistant Deputy Comptroller.   • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.
