GOVERNING CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. Unless specifically noted otherwise within these Contract Documents, the following construction standards shall be used for and govern the work on this project: Roadway Construction: Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2004 edition or latest version thereof by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. The above noted documents are to be used as construction standards only. Contract language and specifications shall not be modified by these documents. Any part of the Contract or Contract Documents for this project shall take precedence over any contradictory language within the above noted documents.

  • Effect of Laws, Rules and Regulations The Exclusive Representative recognizes that all employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the services and duties prescribed by the School District and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and by School District rules, regulations, directives and orders, issued by properly designated officials of the School District. The Exclusive Representative also recognizes the right, obligation and duty of the School District and its duly designated officials to promulgate rules, regulations, directives and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the School District insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and recognizes that the School District, all employees covered by this agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to State and Federal law. Any provisions of this Agreement found to be in violation of any such laws, rules, regulation directives or orders shall be null and void and without force and effect.

  • PRODUCTION STANDARDS The Company may establish minimum production standards applicable to Representative.

  • Codes and Standards Under the various sections of the specifications, where reference is made to specific codes or standards governing the installation of specified items, installation shall in all cases be in strict accordance with the referenced codes and standards. Where no reference is made to specific codes or standards, installation shall conform to the generally recognized applicable standards for first-class installation of the specific item to be installed. Contractors are expected to be proficient and skilled in their respective trades and knowledgeable of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) and its referenced technical codes and standards, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other codes and standards applicable to installations and associated work by its trade and/or that are applicable to the Work.

  • Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations Except as otherwise provided in this Section 11.C., from and after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause the Premises and Tenant’s use thereof to comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal or other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over the use, condition or occupancy of the Premises. Any repairs, alterations or modifications to the exterior or structural elements of the Building or to the Common Areas of the Project necessary to comply with applicable laws shall be made by Landlord and shall be included within the definition of Operating Expenses and reimbursed to Landlord under Section 7 of this Lease, provided, however, Tenant shall be solely responsible and shall reimburse Landlord for the entire cost and expense of such work if compliance is necessary due to Tenant’s specific use or occupancy of the Premises or due to Tenant’s acts or omissions, or as a result of any alterations, modifications or improvements to the Premises or Building constructed by or on behalf of Tenant. Tenant will also comply with the reasonable rules and regulations of the Project adopted by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right at all times, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant, to change and amend the rules and regulations in any reasonable manner as may be deemed advisable for the safety, care, cleanliness, preservation of good order and operation or use of the Project or the Premises. All rules and regulations of the Project, and amendments or modifications thereof, will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall thereafter be carried out and observed by Tenant.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the Funder or the Ministry will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. Developer, the NYISO, or Connecting Transmission Owner each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

  • Laws, Rules and Regulations You agree to comply with all existing and future operating procedures used by the Bank for processing of transactions.
