If any of the provisions contained herein are held illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be impaired. GOVERNING LAW AND SURVIVAL. 16.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the UES office performing the services hereunder is located. 16.2 In any of the provisions of this Agreement are held illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be impaired and will survive.
