GOVERNMENT SHARE. 11.1 The Government Share shall be equal to one percent (1%) of the Gross Income from the sale of RE produced and such other income incidental to and arising from the RE generation, transmission, and sale of electricity generated from the Ocean Energy Operations computed in accordance with the Act and its IRR and particularly described in the Accounting Procedures set forth in Annex “B” hereof.

GOVERNMENT SHARE. The Government Share shall be equal to one percent (1%) of the Gross Income from the sale of electricity generated from Wind Energy Operations in accordance with the Accounting Procedures as prescribed under Annex “B” hereof. The RE DEVELOPER shall within sixty (60) days following the end of each quarter of a Calendar or Fiscal Year remit to the DEPARTMENT the Government Share: Provided, That any unremitted amount shall carry an interest of ten percent (10%) per annum reckoned from the day immediately following the end of each quarter of a Calendar or Fiscal Year, as may be applicable.
GOVERNMENT SHARE. A grant under this sub- section to a State or organization may not be for more than 80 percent of the costs incurred by the State or organization in a fiscal year in modernizing the commercial driver’s license information system of the State to be compatible with the modernized commercial driver’s license information system under section 31309 of title 49, United States Code. In determining these costs, the Secretary shall include in-kind contributions of the State.

  • Government Rights This Agreement is subject to Title 35 Sections 200-204 of the United States Code. Among other things, these provisions provide the United States Government with nonexclusive rights in the Licensed Patent.   • Government End Users The Apple Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.   • Government Entities If You are a U.S. Government entity, then Your use, duplication or disclosure of the Software is subject to the following restricted rights clause: The Software is a “Commercial Item,” as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “commercial computer Licensed Software” and “computer software documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §252.227-7014(a)(1) and 48 C.F.R. §252.227-7014(a)(5), respectively, and used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 and 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable, and all as amended from time to time. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 and 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, and other relevant sections of the Code of Federal Regulations, as applicable, and all as amended from time to time, all U.S. Government entities license the Software (i) only as Commercial Items, and (ii) with only the rights explicitly set forth in this License Agreement and the Sales Order.
