Grade 3A. (a) A Registered Nurse Division 1 appointed as an Occupational Health Nurse (sole) and paid as such.
Grade 3A. A Registered Nurse appointed as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (however titled). Grade 3B Grade 3B is not utilised
Grade 3A. A Registered Nurse Division 1 with less than two years of experience (as defined) as an Associate Charge Nurse, appointed as an Associate Charge Nurse in a non-major hospital and paid as such. Grade 3B A Registered Nurse Division 1 appointed as an Associate Charge Nurse in a major hospital and paid as such. A Registered Nurse Division 1 with two years of experience (as defined) or more as an Associate Charge Nurse, appointed as an Associate Charge Nurse in a non-major hospital and paid as such.
Grade 3A. A Registered Nurse Division 1 with less than two years of experienge (as defined) as an Assogiate Charge Nurse, appointed as an Associate Charge Nurse in a non-major hospital and paid as sugh. Grade 3B A Registered Nurse Division 1 appointed as an Associate Charge Nurse in a major hospital and paid as sugh. A Registered Nurse Division 1 with two years of experienge (as defined) or more as an Assogiate Charge Nurse, appointed as an Associate Charge Nurse in a non-major hospital and paid as sugh.
Grade 3A. Associate Nurse Unit Manager A Registered Nurse appointed as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager and paid as such. In a facility of 61 beds or more where there are two Registered Nurses rostered on a shift in the out of hours, one nurse will be paid at Grade 3A and the other at Grade 5 After Hours Coordinator. Grade 3B A Registered Nurse appointed as a Community Health Nurse, or Case Manager Grade 4A A Registered Nurse appointed with responsibilities for education; OR A Registered Nurse appointed as a full time Community Health Nurse (sole): OR A Registered Nurse appointed as a Clinical Care Coordinator in a Residential Aged Care Facility (less than 25 beds). A Registered Nurse appointed as a Nurse Unit Manager with less than two years experience in that position. Grade 4B A Registered Nurse appointed as a Clinical Care Coordinator in a Residential Aged Care Facility (25-60 beds). A Registered Nurse appointed as a Nurse Unit Manager with two years or more experience in that position. A Registered Nurse appointed as a Community Health Nurse (in-charge) who is in charge of or directs the activities of other employees of a Community Health Centre (whether Registered Nurses or not).
