Graduate Research Assistants and Graduate. Teaching Assistants shall be eligible for unpaid job protected leaves in accordance with the Employment Standards Code.. All Graduate Assistants are eligible for Employment Standard Code (Division 7) leaves in accordance with the terms of the statute. Should a Graduate Assistant require an unpaid leave of absence they must inform their Supervisor in writing. The Division 7 unpaid leaves (as of the date of this Agreement) are as follows:
a) Maternity and Parental Leave b) Reservist Leave
