Grammar. Unless the context of this Lease clearly requires otherwise, the plural includes the singular, the singular includes the plural, the part includes the whole, "including" is not limiting, and "or" has the inclusive meaning of the phrase "and/or". The words "hereof", "herein", "hereby", "hereunder" and other similar terms in this Lease refer to this Lease as a whole and not exclusively to any particular provision of this Lease.
