Common use of GRANTEE TRAINING Clause in Contracts

GRANTEE TRAINING. Grantee shall adhere to all required training and policies of Grantor’s Office of Community Assistance regarding fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct, including, but not limited to, ensuringthat all of Grantee’s employees andvolunteers, and the employees and volunteers of Grantee’s subrecipients, participate in annual training and certify participation in such annual training.
