Common use of Grievance Meeting Clause in Contracts

Grievance Meeting. The Employee Relations representative shall arrange a meeting with the designated Union representative within five (5) work days of receipt of the Union’s written appeal.

Grievance Meeting. The Employee Relations representative shall arrange a meeting with the designated Union representative to discuss the grievance within five ten (510) work days of receipt of the Union’s written appeal.
