Common use of Grievance Meeting Clause in Contracts

Grievance Meeting. Any resolution reached through Step 1 of the grievance procedure shall be binding only for the particular grievance and shall not be considered precedent setting. Such settlements shall not be utilized in any legal or arbitration proceeding except in connection with a claim that the settlement has been violated.
