Grievance Procedure First Stage. Within ten (10) working days of the employee becoming aware of a possible grievance, a grievance statement shall be prepared, signed by the employee (or signed by the Grievance Chairperson on behalf of the employee) and taken with or without the xxxxxxx involved, directly to the appropriate Manager.
