Common use of Grievance Procedure for Termination or Dismissal Clause in Contracts

Grievance Procedure for Termination or Dismissal. Subject to Article 7, a claim by an Employee that they have been terminated or dismissed without just cause shall be treated as a grievance and a written statement of such grievance, signed by the Employee, shall be filed with the Chief Medical Officer with a copy provided to the Director, Human Resources (or a designate) at Step Two of the grievance procedure.
