Grievance Time for Stewards. A xxxxxxx, after first obtaining permission from his supervisor, will be permitted at reasonable times during working hours to leave his regular duties for short intervals to perform such functions as are properly provided under Article When returning to his regular duties such employee shall so notify his supervisor.
