Grievance Time Limits. A. The time limitations set forth in this Article are fundamental to grievance processing. No grievance shall be accepted by the University unless it is submitted or appealed within the time limits set forth herein. Any grievance not initiated or advanced to the next step within the time limits specified herein shall be considered settled on the basis of the last answer by the University.
