Grievance will mean. 1. A working condition considered unsatisfactory. 2. A complaint alleging unfair treatment by the CSD, administrators, or agents thereof. 3. A complaint that there has been an alleged violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of any of the provisions of the Negotiated Agreement. 4. Scheduling of grievance activities during summer recess shall be made by mutual agreement between the parties. The parties may agree in writing to postpone resumption of the grievance until the new contract begins. (added 6/2007) 5. A grievance under this policy shall include: a. Grievances concerning an employee's wages, hours, or conditions of work. b. Specific allegations of unlawful discrimination in employment on the basis of sex (including allegations of sexual harassment), race, religion, national origin, age, or handicap or on the basis of the employee's exercise of constitutional rights. c. Alleged violations of State Board rules or of policies adopted by the Board. d. Alleged violations of a constitutional, statutory, or common law right.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause.
