Grievance Witnesses. The District shall make available for testimony, in connection with the grievance procedure, any District employee whose appearance is requested by the grievant or CSEA. CSEA shall make available for testimony, in connection with the grievance procedure, any association member whose appearance is requested by the District. Any employee witness required to appear in connection with this article shall suffer no loss of pay.
