Grievance Witnesses. In the event that the Board of Trustees 9 or grievant schedules a hearing for the purpose of resolving a grievance, the Board 10 shall make available for testimony in connection with the grievance procedure any 11 District employee, without loss of pay, whose appearance is requested by the 12 grievant.
