Grievances on Safety. An employee or group of employees who believe they are being required to work under conditions which are unsafe shall have the right to immediately file a grievance in Step 2

Grievances on Safety. An employee employee, or group of employees who believe they are being required to work under conditions which are unsafe shall have the right to immediately file a grievance in Step 22 of the grievance procedure. Until the grievance has been disposed of at Step 2 of Article 11.03, the employee or employees concerned shall have the right to refuse work under the alleged unsafe conditions.
