GRILLING. The use of outdoor grills on any portion of the Condominium Property, without exception, is prohibited except as may be designated in specific areas by Developer or the Board.
GRILLING. No indoor or outdoor grilling will be permitted unless prior authorization is obtained from Owners.
GRILLING. No grilling is allowed within ten (10) feet of the property. No grilling is allowed on any balcony or porch. Only covered grills are allowed to be used - no fire pits or bonfires allowed. Any grilling materials must be removed from common areas and/or grounds after use. Indoor storage of gas grills, gas tanks, charcoal, or lighter fluid is prohibited.
GRILLING. Tenants will be permitted to grill outdoors, however; an adult must be present at all times. If utilizing charcoal, it must be disposed of properly.
GRILLING. Grilling is not allowed on balconies/decks/patios. either with charcoal or gas grills. Doing so presents a risk of fire and is a violation of the law.
GRILLING. Use of grills on any wooden deck, porch, balcony or similar structure is strictly prohibited. A charcoal grill is provided by the pool.
GRILLING. Absolutely no grilling is allowed on decks, as per City of Galveston Fire Ordinance. Please use BBQ pits below deck (not beneath the house) and clean after use.
GRILLING. The use of grills (charcoal or gas) by any Bluewater renter, is allowed only on the street-side of the Units. Per Carolina Beach fire code, all grill use must be done a minimum of ten (10) feet from the building. Unit owners and Tenants are encouraged to report any such violation to the Carolina Beach Police Department. Any violation is subject to fine by Carolina Beach authorities. All grills must be completely cooled before being place back in the Unit's garage.
GRILLING. Grilling is allowed only outside, on graveled areas. Lessee or Lessee’s caterer must provide grill. Lessee agrees to comply with all state, county and local fire restrictions.
GRILLING. Use of charcoal and gas grills in any common areas, patios, parking areas/lots/driveways and decks is prohibited. Grills may be used on lawn areas at least ten feet from combustible construction.
