GRILLING. The use of outdoor grills on any portion of the Condominium Property, without exception, is prohibited except as may be designated in specific areas by Developer or the Board.

GRILLING. No indoor or outdoor grilling will be permitted unless prior authorization is obtained from Owners.
GRILLING. No grilling is allowed within ten (10) feet of the property. No grilling is allowed on any balcony or porch. Only covered grills are allowed to be used - no fire pits or bonfires allowed. Any grilling materials must be removed from common areas and/or grounds after use. Indoor storage of gas grills, gas tanks, charcoal, or lighter fluid is prohibited. Tenant is not allowed to sublet or assign the rental unit, or any part of it, without the prior written consent of landlord.

If you like to have a campfire, please use the fire pit on the north end of the property in order to keep flames far enough away from the cabin. Campfire wood is not provided, you may purchase some from us, or bring your own as long is not infested with bugs/termites.

GRILLING. For your safety and the safety of all residents, we prohibit open-flame cooking devices and liquefied petroleum gas-fueled cooking devices from being operated and stored on combustible balconies or within 10 feet of combustible materials, or anywhere inside the Apartment. If local law requires us to allow such operation and storage, we will allow it only if you obtain our written consent. You may not do anything in the Community that violates Fire Department rules or regulations, that increases risk of fire or that increases our insurance premium rates.
GRILLING. Grilling is allowed only outside, on graveled areas. Lessee or Lessee’s caterer must provide grill. Lessee agrees to comply with all state, county and local fire restrictions.
