Group Complaints. Complaints that involve more than one (1) complainant may be filed at the level which encompasses all known affected employees and long-term nonpermanents and, if necessary, may be appealed upward from that level until final settlement by the Commissioner of the Department of Administration. Time limits and procedures shall be as for individual complaints set out above.

Group Complaints. A group complaint is a controversy, dispute or disagreement which affects two (2) or more employees in the same manner. Group complaints shall be submitted by the CEA representative to the first (1st) level supervisor outside the bargaining unit having jurisdiction over all complainants and may be appealed upward from that level until final settlement by the Commissioner of the Department of Administration.
