Accident Insurance It is highly recommended that either the Sending Institution or the Receiving Organisation/Enterprise provide insurance coverage to the trainee, and fill in the information in Table B or C accordingly. The trainee must be covered at least by an accident insurance (damages caused to the trainee at the workplace) and by a liability insurance (damages caused by the trainee at the workplace).
Health and Accident Insurance (1) For Exchange Visitors traveling to the United States, the recipient must enroll Exchange Visitors in health and accident insurance coverage that meets or exceeds Department of State and USAID minimum coverage requirements as set forth in 22 CFR 62.14 and ADS 253.3.6.2. The requirements may be obtained from the Agreement Officer’s Representative.
Personal Accident Insurance The Board will, upon request, deduct the monthly premium from the salaries of those employees who participate in Board approved Personal Accident Insurance protection.
Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.
Sickness and Accident Insurance During the term of this Agreement, the Employer shall pay the required premiums for each employee for sickness and accident insurance which will pay Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) per week for a period of fifty-two (52) weeks. This benefit shall be payable from the thirty-first (31st) day of disability due to illness or injury.
Group Insurance Plan The carriers, coverage, and terms and conditions of participation under the District’s Group Insurance Plan are subject to change in accordance with the applicable provisions of Title I, Division 4, Chapter 10 of the California Government Code (Section 3500 et seq.) (Xxxxxx‐Milias‐Brown Act).
GROUP INSURANCE PLANS 15.01 The Company agrees to provide all full time employees with one (1) or more years of continuous service, a *Short Term Disability Benefit (S.T.D.) as generally described in Section B of a notice to all employees of the amended Benefit Plan dated May 1, 1993. *Payment for Short Term Disability shall begin on the third (3rd) consecutive day of absence. For those employees who have completed ninety (90) days of perfect attendance from the last date of return to work from an absence due to sickness or accident, shall be paid S.T.D. from the first (1st) day for the first covered absence following the ninety (90) days of perfect attendance. Travel Policy (1) Travel arrangements shall be planned in accordance with the Federal Travel regulations, prescribed by the General Services Administration for travel in the conterminous 48 United States, (hereinafter the FTR) and the Joint Travel Regulation, Volume 2, DoD Civilian Personnel, Appendix A, prescribed by the Department of Defense (hereinafter the JTR).
