Growing Practices. Goodness Grows produce is grown without using toxic pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified seeds, or ionizing radiation. Practices include, crop rotation, fallowing, composting, drip irrigation, organic biodegradable mulch, reusable weed fabric, high tunnel greenhouse, frost covers, low tunnels, and undisturbed natural pollinator habitat areas. Churutabis Farm eggs are from pasture-raised laying hens receiving Transitional Organic feed, where the farmers pledge to follow Organic Standards but have chosen not to pursue certification or are in a transition period of 3 yrs before they can be legally certified. There is no medicated feed or antibiotics used. The hens are free to eat grass, weeds, insects, and worms. They receive sunshine and protection from the elements and are able to scratch, take dust baths, and roost on poles at night.

We believe in transparent farming practices and being open and honest about all inputs used on our farm. We do not use synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, or any genetically modified seed. (b) The Parties shall report the Transactions for all Tax purposes in a manner consistent with the Tax Opinions/Rulings, unless, and only to the extent, an alternative position is required pursuant to a Final Determination. ADP shall determine the Tax treatment to be reported on any Tax Return of any Tax issue relating to the Transactions that is not covered by the Tax Opinions/Rulings.

  • Ethical Business Practices The Contractor shall work in partnership with the State to ensure a successful and valuable contract, and ethical practices are required of State employees, Contractors, and all parties representing the Contractor. All work performed under this Contract will be subject to review by the Inspector General of the State of Florida, and any findings suggesting unethical business practices may be cause for termination or cancellation.
