Guild Member Works Only with Guild Members or Authorized Permittees. The Producer shall only require a Guild Member to work with other Guild Members in good standing or duly authorized Permittees in good standing in Guild categories. Accordingly, the Producer shall not allow a non-Guild person to start work if that person does not have an authorized District Council work permit.
