HABENDUM; TERM Sample Clauses

HABENDUM; TERMTo have and to hold the Premises for the Term (as hereinafter defined), and the right to use the Common Areas during the Term in common with others entitled thereto. The term of this Lease (the “Term”) shall be that period of time commencing on the Commencement Date specified in ARTICLE 1 hereof and ending on the Termination Date specified in ARTICLE 1 hereof, unless extended as set forth in ARTICLE 41 hereof or sooner terminated as provided herein.

Further, upon Tenant's written request therefor, Landlord agrees to provide to Tenant two (2) additional non-reserved parking spaces (the "At-Will Parking Spaces") in the garage located within and serving the Property, subject to payment by Tenant to Landlord for such use at the Parking Rate: provided, however, that both Landlord and Tenant shall have the right to terminate Tenant's right to use up to two (2) of such spaces by giving at least thirty

  • Base Term Commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Base Term” on page 1 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

  • Dpa Term Paragraph 4 on page 1 of the DPA setting a three-year term for the DPA shall be deleted, and the following shall be inserted in lieu thereof: “This DPA shall be effective upon the date of signature by Finalsite and XXX. and shall remain in effect as between Finalsite and LEA 1) for so long as the Services are being provided to LEA or 2) until the DPA is terminated pursuant to Section 15 of this Exhibit G, whichever comes first. ”

  • Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.

  • Term of the Lease The lease begins at p.m. on (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at a.m. on (the “Checkout Date”).

  • Commencement Date The Subcontractor shall be permitted to begin the Services on ______________________, 20____ (“Commencement Date”).

  • Initial Period The Initial Period will begin on the date set forth above and will terminate on the earlier of (i) the Commercial Operation Date, or (ii) the Date the Agreement is terminated pursuant to the provisions of Clause 19.

  • Original Term The weighted average original term for the Receivables is at least 65 months.

  • Renewal Term If not sooner terminated, this Agreement shall renew at the end of the Initial Term and shall thereafter continue for successive annual periods, provided such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by the Fund’s Board of Trustees or (ii) by a vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the relevant portfolio of the Fund, provided that in either event the continuance is also approved by the majority of the Trustees of the Fund who are not interested persons (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) of any party to this Agreement by vote cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval. If a plan under Rule 12b-1 of the 1940 Act is in effect, continuance of the plan and this Agreement must be approved at least annually by a majority of the Trustees of the Fund who are not interested persons (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) and have no financial interest in the operation of such plan or in any agreements related to such plan, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.
