Reserved Parking Spaces definition

Reserved Parking Spaces are the reserved spaces located in the Parking Structure as shown on Exhibit “N” attached hereto, which shall be marked with the name of Tenant or an employee of Tenant.

The defined terms used in this Lease which are defined in the Basic Lease Information attached to this Lease Agreement ("Basic Lease Information") shall have the meaning and definition given them in the Basic Lease Information. The Basic Lease Information, the exhibits, the addendum or addenda described in the Basic Lease Information, and this Lease Agreement are and shall be construed as a single instrument and are referred to herein as the "Lease".

Examples of Reserved Parking Spaces in a sentence

  • Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking.

  • If more than 10% of the floor area of the Unit, or more than 25% of Lessee’s Reserved Parking Spaces, is taken by Condemnation, Lessee may, at Lessee’s option, to be exercised in writing within 10 days after Lessor shall have given Lessee written notice of such taking (or in the absence of such notice, within 10 days after the condemning authority shall have taken possession) terminate this Lease as of the date the condemning authority takes such possession.

  • Tenant shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Landlord for parking.

  • Sublessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time for parking.

  • If Tenant exercises its right to convert Expansion Parking Spaces into Reserved Parking Spaces, Tenant will be charged for the reserved Parking Spaces regardless of whether the spaces are utilized.

  • A monthly charge of $35.00 plus applicable taxes per Reserved Parking Space shall apply to each of the Reserved Parking Spaces in the Parking Garage (except that the first 12 months after the Expansion Commencement Date shall be free of such charge) and a monthly charge of $75.00 plus applicable taxes per Parking Space shall be assessed for each Executive Reserved Parking Spaces in the Underground Parking Area.

  • Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2 on those portions of the Common Spaces designated from time to time by Lessor for parking.


More Definitions of Reserved Parking Spaces

Reserved Parking Spaces means collectively (a) up to ten (10) reserved parking spaces in the Building’s parking structure, (b) seven (7) visitor reserved spaces (in the current location in front of the Building), and (c) three (3) “executive” reserved parking spaces, all of which Reserved Parking Spaces shall be in lieu of, not in addition to, the equal number of unreserved Parking Spaces. Tenant’s use of the Parking Spaces (including the Reserved Parking Spaces) shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of Article 28 of the Original Lease, except that all Parking Spaces and visitor parking validations shall be free of charge during the period from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2016; thereafter Tenant shall pay (A) the then-current parking rates charged by the Parking Agent for such spaces, which is currently $45.00 per month for unreserved spaces and $100.00 per month for reserved spaces, and (B) the actual price charged by the Parking Agent for visitor parking validations and in no event shall Landlord “▇▇▇▇-up” or otherwise charge a fee for such validations.
Reserved Parking Spaces means the parking spaces, if any, that are specifically designated and reserved for the Tenant and the Tenant’s Representatives, clients, customers, patients, guests or invitees to the exclusion of other tenants and their employees, clients, customers, patients, guests and invitees by a nameplate or sign indicating that the particular parking spaces are reserved and that the Tenant rents for a monthly rental of $0 per parking space plus applicable sales or rental taxes. Reserved Parking Spaces. Landlord to designate twenty (20) Covered Parking Stalls in the West Parking Structure and in the Building’s underground parking garage as Tenant’s reserved parking spaces and which shall include the EV Charging Station Stalls.
Reserved Parking Spaces means the parking spaces allocated for Tenant’s exclusive use. Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use three (3) Reserved Parking Spaces under the building where the Premises is located, in the area designated by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to relocate the Reserved Parking Spaces to a comparable location at the Property. In the event the Reserved Parking Spaces are unavailable for Tenant’s use due to co-tenant’s use of any of the Reserved Parking Spaces, upon notice from Tenant, Landlord shall provide appropriate notices to the co-tenant informing such party of the parking violation, and requiring that such party immediately cease any use of the Reserved Parking Spaces.
Reserved Parking Spaces means any Parking Spaces that Tenant has elected to use on a reserved basis pursuant to Section 7.2(c) below.
