Half-Time Leave of Absence. (a) A permanent teacher shall be granted a half-time leave of absence, renewable annually, upon written application or renewal notice to the Superintendent of Education/Operations, to be received no later than March 1 immediately preceding the school year for which the leave is being requested or renewed.
