Handling of Customer Calls. All incoming telephone calls shall be answered promptly. Held calls shall be answered by a customer service representative with a (monthly) average speed of answer of forty (40) seconds or less. For calls placed in queue, no greater than (5) percent average shall abandon (ABA%) on a monthly basis. A summary of these discrete performance measures will be provided as part of required monthly reporting. A Customer shall be able to talk directly with a customer service representative when calling the Contractor’s Customer service telephone number during office hours. The Contractor shall provide multilingual support to non-English speaking Customers. An automated voice mail service or phone answering system may be used when the office is closed.

Handling of Customer Calls. All incoming telephone calls shall be answered promptly and courteously, with an average speed of answer of less than thirty (30) seconds. No telephone calls shall be placed on hold for more than two (2) minutes per occurrence, and on a monthly basis, no more than 10% of incoming telephone calls shall be place on hold for more than twenty (20) seconds. A Customer shall be able to talk directly with a Customer service representative when calling the Contractor’s Customer service telephone number during office hours without navigating an automated phone answering system. An automated voice mail service or phone answering system may be used when the office is closed. A Customer calling into the Customer service phone lines and placed on hold shall hear either the City-specific messages or messages that are applicable and not misleading to Customers.

Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment.
