Harassment and Discrimination Training. ‌ (a) Once per calendar year, the Company will hold two (2) hour paid harassment and discrimination training programs for those employees who have not yet received such training. (b) Representatives from the Union will be permitted to attend all of these sessions and participate in the discussion at no cost to the Company.
