HARASSMENT, BULLYING AND VICTIMISATION. The parties of this Agreement are opposed to all forms of harassment, bullying and victimisation, and are committed to providing and maintaining a working environment free from negative actions such as unfair, offensive, abusive, intimidating, humiliating or malicious behaviour. Any complaint will be taken seriously and investigated impartially by the Manager. If a complaint is upheld, the appropriate disciplinary action will be taken. For XXXX For the Musician’s Union Christmas Period is defined as the 3 weeks, Monday to Sunday where the middle week is that containing 25 December unless the MU elects under clause 8.4 to recognise a lieu day instead of 26 December, in which case the week containing that lieu day shall be treated as the middle week.
