Hardware Repair/Replacement. Pulse Secure will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Hardware repair/replacement in accordance with the Hardware Replacement Support Plan purchased by End User, subject to the terms set forth in Section 4. All Hardware must be returned in accordance with Pulse Secure’s RMA process then in effect. Pulse Secure is not responsible for transportation or custom delays outside of its reasonable control.

Hardware Repair/Replacement. Juniper Networks will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Hardware repair/replacement in accordance with the Hardware Replacement Support Plan selected by Customer and the terms set forth in Section 4. Juniper is not responsible for transportation or customs delays.
Hardware Repair/Replacement. A. Hardware Return Procedure. In the event of Hardware failure, Customer must contact ICT-TAC and escalate cases to Juniper Technical Assistance Centre (JTAC) for Hardware failure validation and troubleshooting. After ICT-TAC/JTAC has validated the Hardware failure, Customer will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To ensure proper tracking and handling of returned Hardware or parts, all Hardware returned to ICT Networks must have a RMA number assigned prior to their return. Customers who are not under any Support Plan may purchase Support from ICT Networks at ICT Networks’ then prevailing rates for time and materials. Hardware returns that are improperly packaged or do not include required information and RMA numbers will not be accepted and will be returned at Customers expense.

  • Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Subject to the provisions of Article 10.00 and payment by the Tenant of Rent, the Landlord shall operate, maintain, repair and replace the systems, facilities and equipment necessary for the proper operation of the Project and for provision of the Landlord's Services set out in Section 6.02 (except as may be installed by or be the property of the Tenant) and shall maintain and repair the foundations, structure and roof of the Building and repair damage to the Building which the Landlord is obligated to insure against under Article 9.00, provided that:

  • Maintenance & Repairs 5.1 Lessee shall at all times be responsible for maintaining at its own expense the leased premises in a clean, orderly and safety condition, except as hereinafter provided. Lessee shall be responsible, at its own expense, to clean and maintain all trade fixtures, machinery and equipment furnished by Lessee within the leased premises. Tenant shall keep the Premises in good order, repair and condition at all times during the Agreement term, except for ordinary wear and tear.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith.   • Cost of Repairs 54.1 Loss or damage to the Works or Materials to be incorporated in the Works between the Start Date and the end of the Defects Correction periods shall be remedied by the Contractor at the Contractor's cost if the loss or damage arises from the Contractor's acts or omissions.

  • MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, OR ALTERATIONS The Tenant shall, at their own expense and at all times, maintain premises in a clean and sanitary manner, and shall surrender the same at termination hereof, in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. The Tenant may not make any alterations to the leased premises without the consent in writing of the Landlord. The Landlord shall be responsible for repairs to the interior and exterior of the building. If the Premises includes a washer, dryer, freezer, dehumidifier unit and/or air conditioning unit, the Landlord makes no warranty as to the repair or replacement of units if one or all shall fail to operate. The Landlord will place fresh batteries in all battery-operated smoke detectors when the Tenant moves into the premises. After the initial placement of the fresh batteries it is the responsibility of the Tenant to replace batteries when needed. A monthly "cursory" inspection may be required for all fire extinguishers to make sure they are fully charged.

  • Outage Repair Standard In the event of an outage or trouble in any Service being provided by a Party hereunder, the Providing Party will follow Verizon’s standard procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble.

  • Repair and Replacement Subject to obtaining prior written permission of the Authority and any instructions/specifications issued by the Authority, the Operator may if need so arises, replace or install any equipment or accessory for beyond the specifications inside or on the outside of the Contracted Buses. In the event the Operator replaces or installs any equipment or accessory in accordance with this provision, it shall ensure that such additional equipment or accessory is compatible with the existing bus components, parts, software, accessories, or equipment.
