HEALTH AND BENEFITS, AND PENSION. 16.1 All employees, probationary and regular, will be covered by the NDT Industry Health and Welfare Plan. Employers are required to pay 100% of the full plan premium of the health and welfare plan for all employees who work in excess of 120 hours per month and 90 hours for members of the plan. An employee's benefits will be determined as below and will be subject to the conditions of the Plan. A detailed description of the coverage and eligibility of the NDT Industry Health & Welfare Plan is available in the policy booklet supplied by the Administrator of the Plan. This should be referenced when determining the benefits of the plan. Full Plan Benefits will include the following: Life Insurance Accidental Death and Dismemberment Provincial Health Care Premium Extended Health Care Vision Care Weekly Indemnity Dental Plans Long Term Disability - Premiums are paid by employee.   • PENSION AND BENEFITS 26:01 Employees are eligible to participate in the Pension Plan; Long Term Disability Plan; Group Life and Survivor Income Plan; Dental Care Plan; Extended Health Care Plan; Semi-Private Hospital Accommodation Plan; Joint Membership Plan; and Vision Care Plan, as summarized in Schedules “B” to “I” attached hereto.

  • Health and Dental Benefits ‌ During the term of this MOU, the City will provide benefits to all half-time employees as defined by Article 4.1 (Part-Time Employment) of this MOU in accordance with the Civilian Modified Flexible Benefits Program (Flex Program) and any modifications thereto as recommended by the Joint Labor-Management Benefits Committee (JLMBC) and approved by the City Council. During the term of this MOU, the City agrees that it will not unilaterally impose a reduction in plan design or benefits for any benefit plan applicable to employees covered by this MOU. Nothing in this MOU, however, shall prevent the parties from jointly reaching agreement on plan design or benefits applicable to employees covered by this MOU. Additionally, nothing in this MOU constitutes a waiver by the Union or the City with respect to making changes to plan design or benefits. If there are any discrepancies between the benefits described in this Article and the Flex Program approved by the JLMBC, the Flex Program benefits will take precedence.

  • Compensation and Benefits As compensation for all services performed by the Executive under and during the term hereof and subject to performance of the Executive’s duties and of the obligations of the Executive to the Company and its Affiliates, pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise:

  • Retiree Health Benefits 1. There is currently in effect a retiree health benefit program for retired members of LACERS under LAAC Division 4, Chapter 11. All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.
