Common use of Health and Hospitalization Insurance Clause in Contracts

Health and Hospitalization Insurance. Subd. 1. Effective July 1, 2019, the School District shall make an annual contribution toward the cost of the premium for medical/hospitalization insurance on behalf of each teacher employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in one of the group medical/hospitalization plans offered. The amount of this contribution shall depend on the plan the teacher selects from among the group plans available through the School District.
