Common use of Health and Safety Stewards Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Stewards. The Employer agrees to the operation of a Health and Safety Xxxxxxx system, for the purpose of performing health and safety investigation. The system shall be governed in the following manner: (1) Health and Safety Stewards may be appointed by the Union on the basis of one (1) xxxxxxx for every one hundred (100) employees covered by this Agreement, or major portion thereof, with a minimum number of two (2) Health and Safety Stewards. (2) Health and Safety Stewards shall have the right to conduct health and safety investigations without loss of pay.

The system shall be governed in the following manner: (1) Health and Safety Stewards may be appointed by the Union on the basis of one (1) xxxxxxx for every one hundred (100) employees covered by this Agreement, or major portion thereof, with a minimum number of two (2) Health and Safety Stewards. (2) Health and Safety Stewards shall have the right to conduct health and safety investigations without loss of pay.
