Health and Welfare Benefits. (The following clauses will appear in all collective agreements replacing any provision(s) related to insured benefits (excluding Sick Leave and Long-Term Disability benefits for full-time employees), pension benefits and benefits for part- time employees, that existed in the Hospital’s expiring agreement:) NOTE: The provisions of Articles 20.01 to 20.03 with respect to Health and Welfare Benefits apply to full-time employees only. 20.01 The Hospital agrees to contribute towards the premium coverage of participating eligible employees in the active employ of the Hospital under the insurance plans as set out in Article 20.01 subject to their respective terms and conditions including any enrolment requirements. For newly hired employees, coverage as set out in Article 20.01 shall be effective the first billing date in the month following the month in which the employee was first employed subject to any enrolment or other requirements of the Plan. In no instance shall the first billing date for an employee occur later than the first day of the fourth full month following the month in which the newly-hired employee was first employed:
