HEALTH AND WELFARE PAYMENTS. Section 1. Effective July 1, 2009, the Employer agrees to pay the sum of seven dollars and twenty-five cents ($7.25) per hour for each hour worked or paid whether at regular or overtime rates to the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 181, Health and Welfare Fund in behalf of all employees working under the terms of this Agreement.
