Common use of Health and Welfare Premium Clause in Contracts

Health and Welfare Premium. The City agrees to pay a health and welfare premium of forty-six cents ($.46) per hour in addition to the hourly rate of pay for the unit member's classification for each hour worked.

Health and Welfare Premium. The City agrees to pay a health and welfare premium of fortyone dollar and seventy-six one cents ($.461.71) per hour in addition to the hourly rate of pay for the unit memberemployee's classification for each hour worked. The parties agree to continue the joint committee tasked to explore the feasibility of an alternative health premium arrangement, including dental and vision coverage for as many unit employees as possible.
