Common use of Health and Welfare Premium Clause in Contracts

Health and Welfare Premium. Applies to SI1) The City agrees to pay a health and welfare premium of two dollars and ninety cents ($2.90) per hour in addition to the hourly rate of pay for the employee's classification for each hour worked.
