Common use of HEALTH AND WELFARE Clause in Contracts

HEALTH AND WELFARE. (a) Auxiliary Employees shall receive compensation of fifty cents (50¢) per hour, up to a maximum of eighty-five dollars ($85) per month, in lieu of health and welfare benefits.
