Health and Well-being. (a) Ante-natal Care Any pregnant employee has the right to paid time off to attend for ante- natal care and must produce evidence of appointments if requested by her employing authority. (b) Health and Safety Consideration must be given to any health and safety implications for pregnant or breast-feeding employees identified in the Workplace Risk Assessment carried out in accordance with Part 2, Paragraph 4.
