Common use of Health Insurance Benefit Program Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Benefit Program. All regular nurses shall be eligible, as of the first day of the month following thirty (30) days of employment, to participate in the health insurance benefit program offered by the Medical Center. Nurses shall be offered benefit options, in accordance with the terms of the program, with regard to medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, long-term disability and short-term disability plans, and healthcare and dependent care spending accounts. The Medical Center shall forward to the Association any changes in the terms of the health insurance benefit program at least ninety (90) days prior to implementation and shall forward any changes in premium rates at least sixty (60) days prior to implementation.
