Common use of Health Insurance Benefit Program Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Benefit Program. All nurses in regular, established 7 positions who are consistently scheduled for forty or more hours per two-week period 8 shall be eligible, as of the first day of the month following the first full month of 9 employment, to participate in the health insurance benefit program offered by the 10 Medical Center.
