Health Insurance Committee. A. The Superintendent/Treasurer shall establish a long-range insurance committee consisting of representatives from the Association, the administration, and classified employees. The Superintendent/Treasurer shall appoint a facilitator of the committee. The committee’s responsibilities include reviewing insurance costs, exploring programs, additions, modifications of the current benefit schedule, and providing timely information for negotiations. The committee will meet at least annually with individual committee members having the authority to submit agenda items. No change in the insurance benefit program shall occur except through the negotiations process as provided in the master agreement or under O.R.C. 4117.
