Health Insurance Premium. Employees reaching their maximum sick leave accumulation of 1440 hours may elect to contribute unused days over the maximum toward payment of the employee portion of their health insurance premium. Election must be made on an annual basis, cannot be changed during the year, and to be eligible the employee must have reached the maximum accumulation as of December of the year immediately preceding the election.
