The Employee acknowledges that copies of the Plan, Plan prospectus, Plan information and stockholder information are available upon written or telephonic request to the Company Secretary. Medical Information Throughout the Pupil's time as a member of the School, the School Medical Officer shall have the right to disclose confidential information about the Pupil if it is considered to be in the Pupil's own interests or necessary for the protection of other members of the School community. Such information will be given and received on a confidential, need-to-know basis.
Verizon Information Upon request by CBB, Verizon shall make available to CBB the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBB, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.
