Common use of Health Requirements Clause in Contracts

Health Requirements. Each teacher shall maintain a condition of general health, which includes freedom from substance abuse, sufficient to permit him/her to successfully perform the expressed and implied duties of the position for which s/he is employed. The BOARD reserves the right to require a health examination for any teacher, as the case may be, by such duly licensed physician as the BOARD may designate at its expense.
