Common use of Hearing and Vision Plan Clause in Contracts

Hearing and Vision Plan. The hearing and vision plan agreed upon by the parties shall form part of this Agreement, and will remain in force for the term of this Agreement, unless modified by mutual agreement. 26.5.1 The cost of the plan, which will cover all employees hired for an indeterminate period of time, will be assumed by the Corporation. 26.5.2 The covered expenses under the vision benefits shall be a maximum of three hundred dollars ($300) for each four (4) year period.
