HELIPORT. 21.01 It is the responsibility of the employee to report to the heliport at the time set for transportation to the FPSO. If the cancellation of a flight necessitates the provision of overnight accommodations, employees will receive vouchers for rooms and meals. Employees living within a 30 minute drive of the heliport will not be eligible for the vouchers.
HELIPORT. 73' octagonal steel cantilevered heliport designed to withstand loads imposed by a Sikorsky S-61N helicopter or equal. Heliport is lighted and equipped with tie downs, perimeter safety nets, and access stairs.
HELIPORT. Landlord consents to Tenant's construction and use of a heliport either on the roof of the Building or in the reserved parking area allocated for Tenant, provided that (a) Tenant first obtains all permits and approvals necessary for said construction and use from all governmental entities having jurisdiction thereover, (b) construction and use of a heliport on the roof of the Building would not exceed the Building's load limits, and (c) the construction thereof is conducted in accordance with the Construction Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "D". Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use said heliport during the Term of this Lease, with the exception of any rights of Landlord or any other governmental entity pursuant to Landlord's or such other entity's police powers.
HELIPORT covering an area of 100 mu and a building area of 500m2, a small heliport with a capacity of 25 helicopters will be built. Not only will the helicopter parking, repairing, and maintenance services be provided for residential owners, but also transportation, first aid and other services will be offered to hotel and clubhouse customers, and elderly customers .
