Hire Date. If an Employee terminates their employment with Brighton Area Schools, his/her date of hire and seniority date will also be terminated. In the event a former Employee resumes employment with the District, a rehire date shall be issued and upon completion of the probationary period and the submission of all necessary MEA membership forms, a new seniority date will be issued. The rehire date will be used to calculate longevity.
