The Trust and NSLF agree that during the term of this Agreement and any extensions or renewals thereof, and for one year thereafter, neither the Trust nor NSLF shall solicit for hire, or knowingly allow its employees to solicit for hire, any employees of the Master Servicer without the prior written consent of the Master Servicer.
